As an agency we stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

RbA has always championed diversity, however, we understand that we have much work to do in terms of addressing the imbalance of actors within RbA and we commit to continue to do this. We will examine our recruitment process and take steps to ensure that we are representing the rich tapestry of culture, diversity and talent that Liverpool has to offer.
